3rd stage: final bid calculating the total project costs
1st stage: rough estimate of total project costs, research on legality, restrictions, codes, and requirements for other reports/documents
design consultation.
2nd stage: total project cost estimates complete set of architectural blueprints (including MEP) stamping (when relevant): architectural, MEP, and structural approval of your building permit (including redline revisions).

D) Ordering of materials (from cement to roofing to your new garage door)
1) Scheduling all inspections & work crews
2) Preparing the concrete slab, footers, & stem walls
3) Framing, roofing, doors, windows, electrical, etc
4) Installing the garage door(s) and opener(s)
5) adding insulation, drywall, interior finishing, & paint
