Phoenix RV garage + guest suite & loft / 2nd-story

What's the typical process from design to permitting to construction?
Generally, most people who contact us about an RV garage or custom home do not already have architectural drawings (or even a sketch of a possible floorplan). So, one of the first steps is to help you the homeowner to prioritize your interests, then present a few relevant design options to review.
Relative to the target budget and other priorities, our experts can make recommendations so that the final details are easy for you to select. Soon, the finished architectural drawings will be ready to be submitted to get the building permit.
Interior photos of the RV garage
The big photo is taken from a few steps inside of the extra-high RV garage doors.

On the left below is a photo showing a close-up view of the almost-finished stairway to the upper level. Next is a photo from the wall next to the stairway (looking back toward the RV garage door). The last one shows both of the garage doors from the middle of the RV bay. (As usual, click on an image to see it full-size.)

On the left is the view from the top of the stairs. On the right is the view from the other end of the 2nd-level loft, overlooking the 2 garage doors.
